Who We Are

Tom Smith, CIO

Tom is responsible for handling our infrastructure, special software development and data management. Tom has over 17 years of experience in the IT field handling various industries including printing, banking/finance and manufacturing. With 14 of those 17 years in the healthcare IT arena he adds excellent knowledge to the Radiant Healthcare team. Tom’s primary focus is on technical leadership, vision, and sharing recommendations utilizing his extensive and adverse experience. Tom’s primary goal is leveraging technology to streamline and automate workflow as much as possible while maintaining the highest possible level of quality, data availability and visibility at all times. He has overseen more than 10 RIS rollouts, over 7 PACs rollouts, over 30 EMR integrations and more than 10 data conversions/migrations, as well as multiple Infrastructure enhancements and moves. His knowledge expands throughout center and hospital workflow all the way to technical setup.

Todd Mitchell, Director of IT Operations

Todd is responsible for systems management, application support, client support, client upgrades, as well as assisting with product roll outs. He brings over 30 years of experience to our team. Todd started out handling PC support for large corporations then moved into the IT healthcare arena. Later in his IT healthcare career, he adopted the title of IT Operations Manager where he handled everything from server support and networking to application support. Todd’s knowledge spans all the way from level 1 support to systems management with coding aspects. Todd has handled over 4 RIS rollouts, 3 PACs rollouts, data migrations and multiple complete system setups including hardware. Todd’s primary focus is on patient care, radiology support, and infrastructure. His primary goal is to enhance the patients experience by providing excellent software capabilities and streamlining system setups. With Todd’s past experience including RIS rollouts, PACs rollouts, data migrations, and complete data center/imaging center build outs, he is able to combine his knowledge of applications and hardware to provide a smooth running environment.

Amy Ingram, Interface Engineer

Amy Ingram is the Interface Architect for Radiant Healthcare Solutions and has over 20 years of experience in Information Systems, with 8 of those years in healthcare IT. She has a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems and holds a certification in Mirth Interface Engine. HL7 is her second language. She strives to streamline the teleradiology business while capturing critical data to maximize efficiency and drive production.
